Auction House. Bid online for extensive range of auction items

Buying at auctions is easy, either visit us on auction day, or by bidding online with our bidding platform Bids Online. By clicking on the current catalogue you will be directed to Bids Online and can view the entire catalogue and register to bid. We are an auction house where you can bid online or at our shop on over 100s of auction items

Please note all purchases incur a Buyers Premium of 23% inclusive of GST on top of the hammer price.

Register

To bid in person please register on the day of auction with our office staff, or to bid online at our auction house on our auction items sign up with our online register with Bids Online.

Website Bidding & Live Internet Bidding is available to all registered bidders.
Existing Clients: please Sign In and click ‘Register Now’ to complete the auction registration form before placing your bids. This form needs to be completed only once per auction.
New Clients: please click Sign In / Create Account on the top menu bar of the website to create a new client account; once completed, please Sign In and then click ‘Register Now’ to complete the auction registration form.

Viewing

All lots are sold “as is” without warranty so it’s important that you inspect goods at our auction house at 51-53 High Street before you bid online on your auction items. Additional photos for detail are shown for each lot online. (available 10 days prior to auction) or visit us in person the week prior to the auction daily from 10-4pm. 51-53 High Street, Kyneton.

Bidding at auction

There are several ways to bid at our auction house on our auction items:
In person on the day of the auctions.
Bid Online: place your maximum bids in advance or bid live – Bids Online works on mobile phones, computers and tablets.
Absentee: Leave a written maximum bid by email or phone.
Note: If you are unsure about how to bid our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
A Buyers Premium of 23% inclusive of GST is added to your bid after the hammer falls, so be sure to factor that into your bidding plan.

Payment

All successful online bidders will be sent an email after the auction has ended with your invoice attached.
The email also contains a link to our secure payment portal for direct deposit.
You can also finalise your account over the phone: we accept VISA and Mastercard and American Express.
In house bidders can pay via eftpos or cash on the day, and once paid you can collect your goods with the help of one of our staff.
